The Simply Delicious Fruit Cake Company is a small family business with a passion for quality of taste and presentation.
Started by Milly Hunter, we are now in our fifth year and the company continues to enjoy a boom as the national interest in traditional food continues to grow.
To keep up with the bursting order book Milly was joined last year by her husband Archie.
In time for Christmas 2007 we will be moving into new kitchens in a range of traditional farm buildings that will more than double our production capabilities.
We now supply over 100 trade customers and a busy retail market over the internet that sends cakes across the UK and worldwide.
Over the five years the range of fruit cakes has grown to eleven and now each one is available as a mini cake, perfect for the busy person or family on the move.
And the future is looking exciting too. New kitchens, new packaging and new cakes to be launched in the New Year.
