Heart Shaped Cheddar

A 400g Heart-Shaped version of our flagship Vintage Organic Cheddar

Less crumbly than traditional farmhouse cheddars, it is uniquely creamy in both taste and texture.
As a vintage cheddar, it has to mature for over twelve months to allow its tangy, yet smooth, taste to develop.

As an organic cheddar, there are no preservatives, so we recommend refridgeration at all times.
Remove an hour before serving, letting the cheese warm to room temperature brings out its flavour.
