What began as an experiment using up our left over fruit each year is turning into a little industry all of its own.
We buy in organic vodka from a distillery in London and then infuse it with our various fruits and roots.
This Horseradish vareity makes a very good Bloody Mary.

We produce only a limited number of these seasonal products.
